Shipping & Returns


It is our mission to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible! Our goal is to ship your order in the most cost-effective way possible. Therefore, all shipping rates are real time carrier prices, specifically tailored to the weight and size of each individual order. All products will be shipped via UPS or USPS.

In-stock orders will ship within 2 business days unless noted otherwise.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays

All orders shipped within the State of Georgia will be charged GA sales tax.

While we hope you love your purchase, we understand decorating a home is trial and error. Merchandise returns (with the exception of final sale items) will be granted a full refund within 14 days of purchase. A store credit will be granted within 30 days of purchase. Gift recipients can return items for exchange or store credit. To return an item, please contact us at hello@establishment.com - we will provide a return address and answer any questions you may have.

Please note: All made-to-order pillows and vintage items are non-refundable.

Shipping charges for returned items are non-refundable and paid for by the customer. When returning an item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging. We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. Please allow 10 business days for a refund or store credit to be processed.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@establishment.com and we will take care of you! Damaged items can be returned for exchange or refund via original form of payment.
